WHY?

In a way, this is a diary.

I used to paint. (I hesitate to call myself an "artist" thought...) In my current living situation I can't do that anymore. Makeup has become a way for me to create one little work of art every day on a canvas I schlep around in public - my face. Typically, I'm inspired by something, in a certain mood, or trying to achieve a particular feeling when I create a makeup look. Each combination I put together ends up being a snapshot of who I am - ME - on a given day, and this will serve as a record of those tiny moments. I'm excited and nervous (really nervous) to share!
