EOTD/LOTD: Russet Red & Layered Tattoos

I was going to go for a full on red lip today and wear YSL Glossy Stain #20, but somehow when I put it on it felt wrong. I carefully wiped it off, and decided that a softer, more muted red would better fit the bill. So on top of the mini-stain from the YSL I put on Revlon Lip Butter in Macaroon - a pretty sheer russet tone with gold shimmer. Sadly, this is not available in the US - I had to have a UK friend send this to me. It's the perfect red for when you don't feel like RED. As for the eyes, I was feeling a tad bit lazy and didn't want to use brushes or do anything carefully, so I put on Maybelline Color Tattoo in Bad to the Bronze with my fingers, and then patted some of the same in Gold Shimmer on top. A little highlighting and some dark shadow pushed into the lash line and I was done! A cozy, easy look for a (hopefully) calm Friday...

Coastal Scents Buttermilk Nude - under brow and inner corner highlight
Inglot 395P - inner corner highlight
Inglot 326M - pushed into upper lash line
Revlon PhotoReady 3D Waterproof mascara
Clinique Bottom Lash mascara
Revlon Lip Butter in Macaroon
